Your journey to better balance starts with a single step. Hereβs what that looks like.
We begin with a detailed conversation about your history, lifestyle, concerns, and goals. We want to understand the whole person β not just the diagnosis.
Using the Berg Balance Scale, CDC risk assessment, and proprietary tools, we evaluate your posture, gait, flexibility, core strength, and overall fall risk to identify the underlying causes of imbalance.
Based on your assessment, we create a customized program of progressive exercises tailored to your specific needs β addressing issues such as reduced flexibility, poor posture, or weakened core strength.
Two 30β40 minute one-on-one sessions per week for 8 weeks, followed by one session per week. Each session is led by your dedicated coach using progressive, evidence-based exercises.
Regular evaluations document your improvement and allow us to adjust your program, add new challenges, or substitute exercises to keep training effective and engaging.
The initial assessment and periodic progress reports are shared with your referring physician to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
We work with many major insurance providers. Please contact us to verify your specific coverage.
Donβt see your insurance? Call us β weβll help you navigate your options.
While a referral is not always required, we encourage you to discuss your interest with your physician. We coordinate with your doctor throughout the program.
Each one-on-one session lasts 30β40 minutes, designed to be thorough yet manageable.
Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and supportive, closed-toe shoes. Avoid sandals, heels, or slippery footwear.
Many clients report feeling more confident within the first 2β3 weeks. Measurable improvements in balance and gait are typically documented within the first 4 weeks.
