Your journey to better balance starts with a single step. Here’s what that looks like.

Your Journey With Us

Initial Consultation & Interview

We begin with a detailed conversation about your history, lifestyle, concerns, and goals. We want to understand the whole person β€” not just the diagnosis.

Comprehensive Assessment

Using the Berg Balance Scale, CDC risk assessment, and proprietary tools, we evaluate your posture, gait, flexibility, core strength, and overall fall risk to identify the underlying causes of imbalance.

Personalized Program Development

Based on your assessment, we create a customized program of progressive exercises tailored to your specific needs β€” addressing issues such as reduced flexibility, poor posture, or weakened core strength.

STEADY Training Sessions Begin

Two 30–40 minute one-on-one sessions per week for 8 weeks, followed by one session per week. Each session is led by your dedicated coach using progressive, evidence-based exercises.

Periodic Progress Assessments

Regular evaluations document your improvement and allow us to adjust your program, add new challenges, or substitute exercises to keep training effective and engaging.

Reports to Your Physician

The initial assessment and periodic progress reports are shared with your referring physician to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
