What is the STEADY Program?
The STEADY Program begins with an individual assessment and interview. Based on that assessment, each client receives a personalized exercise and training plan focused on improving balance, gait, posture, flexibility, core strength, confidence, and daily safety awareness.
Who is it for?

✓Adults who have had a previous fall
✓People who feel unsteady while walking
✓People who avoid stairs, curbs, or uneven ground

✓Adults who have lost confidence after injury, illness, or inactivity

Program Structure
1Initial balance and fall-risk assessment
2Two 30 to 40 minute one-on-one sessions per week for 8 weeks
3Progressive balance and movement training
4Dual-task exercises that engage both body and brain
5Homework after every session
6Periodic reassessments
7Optional weekly maintenance sessions after the initial program
8Progress reports available for physicians
