Two 30β40 minute one-on-one sessions per week for 8 weeks, followed by one session per week with your dedicated coach.
Regular evaluations document your improvement and let us adjust your program to keep training effective and engaging.
The initial assessment and periodic progress reports are shared with your referring physician for coordinated care.
